Booking policies

All bookings require a minimum spend and will be charged a service fee of 18% for setup, breakdown, and staffing (Exceptions: Take Out). Clients must book catering/take out services at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. Gratuity is appreciated and may be included in the final invoice or left at the client’s discretion.

Payment Terms

The balance must be paid in full 3 days before the event. At the moment we only accept E-transfers or cash

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 4 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations the night before or day of the event will require full payment. In the unlikely event that we must cancel, a full refund will be issued.

Menu Changes and Customization

Clients may request changes to the menu up to 1 week prior to the event. No changes will be accepted after this time. We will accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, allergies, religious) when informed at least 1 week in advance.

Food Safety and Liability

All food will be prepared in compliance with local Ontario food safety regulations. We are not responsible for allergic reactions if the client has not disclosed allergens or dietary restrictions. Due to food safety concerns, all leftover food remains the property of the catering company unless otherwise arranged.

Alcohol and Beverage Policy

Currently we are not licensed to serve any alcohol. If clients provide their own alcohol, we require proof of a liquor license or permit as required by law.
